Winter Sun - The sun peeks in and out in this Ashe county scene. I captured the bright sunlight striking the faces of the barns just before it became hidden again. The snow is deep, and the cows have yet to start nibbling at the bottom of the large snow-covered haystack. The mountain called "The Peak" stands high in the background. Release date 1997
